Returns & Refunds
- New parts may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging
- Used parts are non-returnable unless faulty
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Repair Services

- We provide a written quote before commencing any work
- You will be notified of any additional work required and must authorise it before we proceed
